Functionl description

Safety control to be used as interlocking device for movable guardss designed to protect people and machines from dangerous situations. This safety control unit is able to control up to 6 sensors simultaneously.

Application fields

• Control of correct closing of dangeurous gates or guards.
• In conjunction with magnetic sensors it is the ideal solution for environments with high hygiene requirements, reduced installation spaces, poor door approach accuracy, environments with dust or humidity.
• Emergency stop button control.

• Safety category 4, up to PL e according to EN13849-1
• 24V AC/DC power supply
• 6 NO-NC sensor inputs (up to 30 sensors can be connected in series)
• 2 Safety outputs
• 1 NC Auxiliary output
• 6 Signal outputs for PLC to control the state of each sensor
• Automatic or monitored start
