Safety module NCMAT02

Functional description

The NCMAT02 safety module is used to control pressure-sensitive mats, safety edges, and bumpers. The device can be powered by 12Vdc or 24Vdc and is equipped with transistor safety outputs that make it particularly immune to vibration issues.

  • Monitoring of hazardous areas using safety mats
  • Monitoring of bumper on AGVs (automatic guided vehicles), SGVs (self-guided vehicles) or LGVs (laser-guided vehicles)
  • Monitoring of bumpers and edges  on agricultural and earthmoving machinery
  • Stop button handling
